$85/Month - That's it!

Is there a minimum contract/agreement length?

No long-term contracts, cancel any time.

We don't give refunds for partial months. For example, if you cancel on May 15th, your account will stay up until the end of May. We're not going to refund you for the remainder of May.

Can I live stream from the platform?

Yes, you can embed live streams from whatever platform you typically stream from (YouTube, etc.). We will help you figure out how to embed a stream within your community groups.

Where are you located?

TCE Media, LLC is based in central Ohio and is a 100% virtual company (no office). Our small team is comprised of people who have worked together at many organizations over the past 30 years.

Do you offer support or training?

Yes! We want to make sure you can focus on building your group and getting your message out - not hassling with technology, so training is available. You'll also get access to our private support and advice community where you can ask questions and even answer questions others might have.
