How much does it cost?

We have two options:

$85/Month - That's it!

Is there a minimum contract/agreement length?

No long-term contracts, cancel any time.

We don't give refunds for partial months. For example, if you cancel on May 15th, your account will stay up until the end of May. We're not going to refund you for the remainder of May.

How long does it take to get a platform up?

All of the tools will be immediately available when you sign up but the amount of time it will take to get everything up and running will depend on who is doing the work. We will be available to help you and can even handle it for you at no additional cost.

Things can be rolled out at different times. You could roll out a website and then later on roll out a private social community group. Everything doesn't have to happen all at once. The tools are there immediately but you can use or not use whatever you want.

Can I live stream from the platform?

Yes, you can embed live streams from whatever platform you typically stream from (YouTube, etc.). We can help you figure out how to live embed a stream within your membership community or on your website.

Where are you located?

We're based in central Ohio and are a 100% virtual company (no office). The site is privately owned and a service of TCE Media, LLC a small local digital agency. Our small team is made up of people who have worked together at other companies in the past.
